Hotel was beautiful and the staff were gracious. The only recommendations would be to be more clear about the private beach. They do not have a reserved beach and a few days the beaches were booked. Also when we booked the room description had a plunge pool but it was a hot tub.

Every single member of staff, from (booking, reception, restaurant, spa, housekeeping) was so polite and attentive, nothing was any trouble and they constantly went above and beyond. Restaurant – delight after delicious delight. I can’t possibly recommend Masseria Donna Menga highly enough.

Ett helt otroligt hotell som inte går att beskriva utan måste upplevas. Vi var till en början lite skeptiska då detta var det enda ”lyxhotellet” i området. Vi valde att boka och hoppades på det bästa. Och det blev över våra förväntningar. Francesca och hela gänget på hotellet var otroliga. Ett stort tack till Henrik och hans kvinnliga kollega som börja på ”A” glömde tyvärr namnet som skötte allting kring min gluten-allergiska frus kost. Alla våra önskemål möttes. Hotellet var otroligt rent och allting var gjort i minsta detalj. Kan inte finna ord för att beskriva detta hotell i samband med personalen. Proffessionellt, rensligt modernt och fantastiskt. Personalen letade upp restauranger åt oss på kvällarna samt bokade bord. Vi behövde inte lyfta ett finger. Aldrig upplevt denna typ av service.

Super schöne Masseria, idyllisch etwas ausserhalb von Nardo / Veglie gelegen, aber mit dem Auto super erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Wohl des Gastes steht an erster Stelle. Fantastisches Frühstück, tolles Essen am Abend im eigenen Restaurant. Vielleicht gar noch etwas ein Geheimtipp, da erst seit ca. 1 Jahr in Betrieb, daher auch die gesamte Anlage in perfektem Zustand. Sehr schöne Architektur, Zimmer sind top und stilvoll, einziger (kleiner) Kritikpunkt ist die nicht sehr schöne (weisse) Klimanlage, die unten an einer der Wände mitten im Zimmer steht. Warum hat der Architekt bei diesem Detail plötzlich seine ansonsten hervorragende Arbeit eingestellt?😉 Wir würden auf jeden Fall immer wieder in die Masseria zurück kommen für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Apulien!

En skøn oase

Et dejligt hotel med et virkeligt godt personale som er meget venlige, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. En lille oase på landet i bogstavligste stand. Lidt svært at finde. kan anbefale et skilt ved vejen. Lækker morgenmad og i det hele taget en god restaurant. Skal man ud er der virkelig lækre strande blot 7-8 minutters kørsel derfra. Ønsker man at spise ude og se det Italien man regner med skal man Til Nardo som ikke skuffer på hygge og restauranter.
