No frills cheap motel

The motel is very basic and run down. However; it is clean, cheap, and the ac works great. If you need a one night stay before flying, it's worth staying there. It's a no frills bed, ac, and shower very close to the airport. We will stay there again.

Disgusting place. Bed bugs possible. Giant blood stain on the couch and a disgusting stain on the bed sheets. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and had to walk to the office for help because there are no phones in the room. Avoid this dump!

Good air conditioning and some of the softest towels I've ever had in a hotel. Very, very dirty room though. Quite a few cockroaches. Smell of cigarette smoke and yellowed drapes despite being a "smoke free" room.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Even when I had a room to flood, already it was clean and the amenities were good. A roach crawling across the sink, mold in the tub area, behind the door floors were dirty with hair. The comforter had holes burnt in to it. The noise level was bad. Power plugs only at the sink. I could list more.

The pictures on Expedia are very misleading. Our room looked nothing like what we booked, was dirty with tears in the couch. The bed linen had blood and grass in it. The room smelled very musty and it was difficult to breathe. This motel goes by 3 different names…budget inn, royal inn, and USA inn. We did not stay and asked for a refund.

Really, it's an adequate place to stay if cost is a factor. It was cheaper than the La Quinta next door, but not by much, and I wish I'd gone to the other because I was hosting my nieces. If it was just myself, the cost would have been the main factor and the inconveniences wouldn't have mattered. The place came across as a bit shabby. Clean, but shabby.

First room we were given was full of mold, the beds were even covered in mold, then got moved to another room that that was a little better, still smelled moldy, bathroom had mold, found roached under the bed. The floors were disgusting. Looked like the room hadnt been cleaned.
