WOW! Just getting a hold of the host was not easy nor convenient. Firs of all we arrived at the lobby and the receptionist said he could not give us the lobby wifi so we can get a hold of the host!?! So I asked if I can borrow his phone and he said "NO, I HAVE NO LOAD"!! But then this other receptionist, I belive his name was Abangyan was very VERY helpful!! He let us use his phone and finally got a hold of the host. So it was a 3pm check-in and guess what .... we got there at 3:30pm and the room wasn't ready !! They were still cleaning it. Needless to say we didn't enter our room until 4:30pm and the cleaning lady was still cleaning our room. Yeah folks, try to stay away from this one. Poor host, poor communication and late check in. Yeah, I should get some kind of discount or refund for this !!

Overpriced! Water not provided even if there is a water dispenser in the room. Elevator was slow. Parking is not free. The other CR doesn’t have bidet. Not enough toiletries provided.

Clean and tidy unit with smooth check in and out. Clear communication. I did find the number of messages a little excessive and I was asked about my intended check out time before I’d even checked in! There were some dying flowers in the lounge which created a strong smell. Be aware in advance you need to supply your own drinking water. Very comfy bed. A generally noisy environment, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

One day after check out they messaged me accusing me of stealing 2 pairs of house slippers. This is unacceptable behavior, there opportunity to address it was at the time or check out. This is low class.

This is not a hotel but a combo so not advisable for business travellers and short stays (no drinkable water in room, soap dispensers empty so had to buy my own, no iron table). You end up renting a flat managed by 3rd party: no wifi in common areas (nightmare for Grab taxi), checking in took ages (staff asking for a tag i never got).

I had an amazing stay at The Infinity! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The property is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. My room was comfortable, stylish, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I also loved the atmosphere; it felt peaceful yet luxurious, making it the perfect place to unwind. Overall, Infinity exceeded my expectations.
