Check in was easy and I was very happy with Nathaniel, he was friendly and very helpful, he welcomed us back with a smile. The room is clean and comfortable. Work trip

The hotel is very nice with no smoke smell which was a concern of mine. This is a remote area with not a lot of food options so it was great to have a Starbucks on site with cafe items. The internet is poor and so is phone service. Working at the hotel was a challenge. The internet in the casino cafe was marginally better. My other issue was with the noise. I was on the bottom floor and could hear sound through every wall of the hotel. It was quiet at night for the most part. On the last night I asked the front desk for earplugs and they were happy to provide them. Overall a nice place to stay in a remote area.
