Very limited parking. The lots were full, we were told we could park at the restaurant the hotel shares. That lot is sort of suspicious with several possibly homeless people asking us for help. The room was very damp & humid. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. Everything clean.

Room was very clean although no amenities. Not even pen and pad of paper. No coffee pot in room but always available downstairs. Breakfast ok, Although dining room was fairly small for everyone when the hotel was nearly fully booked. Convenient to the highway. Biggest issue was the walls being very thin, could hear everything from a few rooms. Ac was noisy but that seems like a common issue.

In our room, the phone didn't work -- the desk could hear me, but I couldn't hear him. The plumbing was odd -- the toilet was loud at random times, seemed to be connected with refilling in other rooms. The deadbolt didn't work -- was not aligned, really could not double lock the door. The room key worked sometimes. For people sensitive to sound, the rooms are quiet, particularly on floors 4 and 5. The staff was terrific, apologized but could do nothing. The free breakfast was according to formula -- and the breakfast area was clean and refilled as needed. The hotel appears to have one maintenance person who is very busy. which means not available when needed. No complaints about the cleanliness. But this hotel needs improvement.
