To start with a positive note, here are the Pros:
1. The location of the property is great. Good connectivity to nearby areas
2.transport is easily available
3. Since we reached there very early, the hotel obliged to provide storage for luggage until our checkin and it was safe
Here’s why I would never recommend or stay at this property ever again:
1. I paid INR 6200 for 3 nights, which was too overpriced for the following reasons
2. The staff recommended an upgrade to deluxe room that’s a little more spacious with a window for 2 1 occupancy. But the room was very compact and cramped up. I requested for a bigger room or suite but it seems that all the rooms are same either standard or deluxe and of the same size
3. I requested for a water kettle for some hot water and they didn’t have any. You can’t even make coffee/tea in your room.
4. There’s no breakfast included, no room service or no attached restaurant. You need to each time walk down, walkout into neighbouring restaurants even if you need hot water, tea or coffee.
5. The walls of the rooms are molded and you start to get allergic as soon as you walk out of the lift into the hallways. Better carry allergy medication before you checkin into this hotel or get it from nearby pharmacy
6. There was no hot water in the bathroom until we informed the receptionist to check and then it was restarted.
7. The room and the sheets didn’t smell clean and fresh. The cleanliness was average.
