The hotel room was lack luster. The shower had mold around the bottom and on some of the other areas it also appeared that the seal around the bottom had degraded. Floors in bathroom also looked dirty especially the grout. The elevator floor grout was dirty and one of the elevators had broken wood decoration.

The area and the hotel were great but please note that you are not booking through the hotel. I thought I was booking through the Vdara hotel and in fact I was booking an owner owed suite so any questions about my booking including late or early checkouts could not be handled by the hotel because it was not controlled through the hotel. There is also house keeping advertised once per stay, but at the hotel the hotel notified me that according to the owner of the suite it was only at checkout, The hotel itself is great and so are the staff but book through the hotel or a different website

This was disappointing. It seems as though the property is not being well maintained. Our room was not properly setup and looked run down. There was a kitchenette with a coffee machine but no coffee grinds, cups, etc. There were no slippers or robes in the room. Also, valet took a very long time to get our car each day. Our TV wasn’t working. Last, there was a used q-tip on the floor (yuck). We booked through Expedia and the staff kept telling us that we had an “owners room”. Not sure what that means but I wouldn’t recommend it.
