Room was very dated, there had obviously been a leak from the ceiling above and they hadn’t bothered to change the wall light lamp shade as it had big water marks. Pedal bin was broken and not sure if the extractor fan was running to full capacity in the bathroom. Didnt get the chance to eat in the restaurant or use the leisure centre. Plenty of parking which was good. Hotel was nice and quiet. Staff were functional but not particularly welcoming, no welcome on arrival and no how was your stay when we checked out. Room was tired and needs a makeover to bring up to modern standards

Didnt even stay, checked in went to roo. Found mould, damp walls holes in carpet, broken TV dust everywhere. Went to reception, gave us option of room next door had a look holes in bed linen room smelled. Was asked to make a decision on what room as another family was coming soon and would have other room. Also had to pay extra to use swimming pool Ended up leaving and paying for another hotel
