Friendly/ professional staff and clean rooms! Only comment was there was no fitted sheet on the bed (only a flat sheet covering the mattress) and only one towel when I arrived. Normally, two towels are better so there is one for my hair and one for my body.

There is Nothibg else from cosmetics apart from soap available, which seems limited for a 4* hotel. Breakfast was great and the onsite restaurant was very good as well.

Very pleased with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size, warm, pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Kettle and coffee/tea in room. Good size bathroom with shampoo etc supplied. Free parking outside and also at rear of premises. Breakfast at an extra charge was good but not the best thing about our stay. Will definitely stay again. A+++

Definitely not worth 4 stars – avoid this place! I had a reservation for three nights but ended up leaving after just one. I arrived very late and had no choice but to stay the first night, otherwise I would have left immediately. The room was in terrible condition: it was dirty, the furniture was damaged, the towels were stained, the carpet was filthy, and the bedding had holes and looked used. It was honestly disgusting. This hotel claims to be 4-star, but the reality is far from it. A very disappointing experience — I strongly advise against staying here.

My last stay at this hotel. Staff rather uninteressted. The room called Deluxe/Business had a terrible layout. The AC did not work so temperature inside was unbearable. The restaurant serves only frozen and heated food to way expensive prices. Surroundings are ugly. Some kind of old kommunistic-era old factory falling apart just behind where you park your car. A big NO NO NO

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an den Stadtgrenzen von Kotowice/Chorzow und Siemianowice. Unmittelbarer hinter dem Hotel erstreckt sich ein großer Park mit Planetarium und empfehlenswerten Speiselokalen. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber gut ausgestattet z.B. auch mit Klimaanlage.
