In the Hotels.com booking info it said I had to check in at another address, but in the text message sent by the host it seemed I could check in at the address of the room (which also proved correct) - very confusing. When entering the outer door of the building it was unclear which door to take to find my room. It said 1st floor elevator, but for my it was not obvious that that elevator also would lead to the 5th floor where my room was located. In the hotels.com info it said breakfast would be delivered in the morning, but no such thing arrived.
