The apartment was nice and clean, quiet at night, well equipped with utensils, soaps etc. Location was great, close to all major attractions and local travel agencies. We had a great vacation. The only downside was an empty, abandoned lot adjacent to the building, so I won't give it 5 stars.

Although the apartment was relatively small, it had everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, new bathroom, complete kitchen. Tram is only a few steps away, to get to Synthagma. A Minimarket 24/7 is just around the corner, which is perfect when arriving during Christmas holiday. 10 minutes to walk to the Acropolis or to the old Olympic stadium. Perfect for what we wanted. Thanks a lot.

Chris was really helpful and responsive. The apartment is well located and new. It’s simple and comes with all the basics. It’s ground floor so don’t expect much natural lighting or views. Easily walkable to the main highlights of Athens, but that’s subjective of course.

Newly refurbed apartment. Location is good to walk to plaka. Only 5-10min walk. Apartment is on the first floor which is convenient, but doesn’t have an outlook, which we thought we might have as it has a balcony, we had shutter and blinds closed for the times that we were there. A glass shower screen in the shower would be good instead of the shower curtain, but these are small things, we were out walking and discovering Athens mostly. It was a clean tidy and fresh apartment.
