Be specific about what room you want. The rooms are small. And some have no privacy for showering or bathing. The rooms are luxurios, but very small. Very close to Trevi Fountain, and close to everything. There were some communication issues. But the staff was quick to correct it.

The bassinet is located outside of the shower in the bedroom and the facet is splashing water everywhere.

The room itself was updated and nice. But what a weird entry! You entered through a random looking building with a nondescript entry way. Made our way to the 4th floor to find check in and our room behind a locked door. The attendant was very welcoming and helpful.

Nice but small

The hotel was in an awesome spot! The room is very clean and everyone was nice. Our room was very very small. Maybe that’s normal for the area but we didn’t have space to put our luggage anywhere. The shower is completely uncovered. So if you are traveling with someone - you should know that! Also, the desk attendant is only there during the day time.
