This is a small motor in, updated,clean and affordable. The beds are very firm. We stayed here twice. The first time there was not any problems. The second time during check-in, there was a bit of a language (accent) barrier. I was asked a couple times what app I used to reserve the room, then she said she had to call her husband. Breakfast recommendation, Farm house Cafe, just down the street.

The place is a basic room that seems recently renovated and is clean as a whistle. Spotless bathroom also. Highly recommend!

The motel room was clean.. which is why i choose to stay here. I noticed a few minor things when it comes to cleanliness nothing major though. The bed linens and pillows were very clean.. no bugs of any kind which is a huge plus!

Nice quiet motel

Nice quiet hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room that was not shown in the description which was a good thing for me. There is not a breakfast but there are places nearby for coffee or food. There was a train that passed nearby around six that blew his horn for a distance, not the hotels fault. Nice check in and friendly owner.

It doesn't have a pool. It doesn't have a complimentary breakfast. It doesn't have a crystal chandelier above the bathtub. What it DOES have is clean, well maintained rooms and friendly owners/staff! This place reminds me of the best of the motels I stayed at travelling cross country in the 70's and 80's. And the price is great too! If you're travelling near Bald Knob, this is where you should stay! (And do the breakfast buffet at Farmer's Market)

Dont hesitate! Stay at this 5star Inn.

My arrival was scheduled for 9:00 p.m. but then I was running late called them and told him it would be 10:00 p.m. the person was friendly when she answered and said it was no problem. because of several delays I did not arrive till 2:00 a.m. there was a small office with a friendly person inside at that time and led me to the room to check it out. I slept soundly the room was clean the place was pet friendly and I absolutely recommend this five star inn to stay at.

A great hotel, esp for the price!

We arrived pretty late which had been an issue at other hotels on our trip(drive of 1800 miles). The man that checked me in was very nice but a tiny bit hard to understand through the glass, maybe partly because I was so tired. The rooms were the cleanest of any hotel I've seen in a long time. No bugs or signs of them, which is the primary thing I check reviews for. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The ac was in the wall and quickly cooled the room. The mini fridge was colder than the others we had on the trip. We didn't drive around but the area seemed safe and we didn't hear any noise from outside of our room the entire night. The building is dated, but everything appeared to be in good shape and I'm not one that cares about that. If you are, spend more money for a newer building instead of knocking off stars on places.

This is an old style motel but the rooms have been updated. It appears they replaced all the drywall and fixtures including new bathtub/shower fixture, and flooring. The two issues I had were the mattress was not very soft and there is a railroad very nearby with trains running on and off all night.

We stayed one night as we were passing through on a personal trip. The room was especially clean and well appointed. The 4 pillows on the king bed were a little softer than I prefer but the mattress was firm and great! There was a large flat-screen tv connected to cable with plenty of channel choices. The heat/air was great and kept the room very comfortable. The bathroom was large, very clean and well kept. The bathtub/shower was a nice one-piece unit with a bow-shaped curtain rod and nice shower curtain. The pictures on the website are accurate for what we experienced. The staff were excellent and very friendly. They were also very appreciative and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone seeking a nice, clean and comfortable place to sleep.
