Upon check in they never asked for a $100 deposit even though i had the money to pay it their employee didn't do their job ! As i was looking to extend they said i had to pay $100 plus what ever it cost to extend the room. Very unprofessional trashy hotel . THE WIFI SUCKS! The cleaners are nosey and just want to be in your business instead of cleaning and the front desk workers are beyond disingenuous and unprofessional DONT COME TO SUBURBAN STUDIOS

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms were pretty basic but pretty clean. Bathroom sink drain was stopped up and also leaked on the floor. Breakfast area looked nice but when we went down at 9:15 on Sunday morning it was already closed up.

The stove in my room the hot plate does not work there are cockroaches in my room and the main manager or owner is very mean to my daughter and I don't like that but this day as well because we told them we had to stay there till about the 20th because we were waiting on a place to live

Manager slash owner does not people of color. He’s extremely rude and doesn’t know hot talk to people correctly. Attempts to speak to adults like children & will incur extra prices for simple misunderstanding. Cleaning rooms seems like it has slowed down and you can let front office staff know and speak to multiple staffers and they will promise you that your room will be serviced and don’t. If you’re staying for long time , best you purchase your own cleaning products to maintain room cleaning.

the place is being remodeled ,smilled of paint fumes, no carpet in the hell ways. I was placed on the third floor I have disabillit walk on a cane the next day the elevator was out of order I had to walk down 3 flight of stairs the paint fumes over came me could not breathe had get out side right a way had two night stay left that day ask for refund the lady at the front desk said she would try.Darrell M.

The room was good. Clearly, this hotel is under construction, but it was at the point that made it crazy inconvenient. Walking down the hallways with people painting and the hallways filled with boxes was not easy to maneuver. The guy who checked me in at night had a less-than-impressive personality and was not very friendly. The lady there during the day during checkout was very sweet and warm. I will add though that since the room was nice the final remodel will probably improve this property greatly.

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay from Jan 23 to Jan 27. The hotel was under maintenance, which was not disclosed beforehand, and there was a foul smell throughout the entire building. The services were poor and the overall experience was unacceptable. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Due to these terrible conditions, I am formally requesting a full refund/compensation for my booking."
