The place was so disgusting that I didn't even stay there. I walked into the room and immediately went back to the front desk and requested a refund. I prepaid for a 10 day stay and was told that it would cost me 1 night as a "penalty" and the next day I was told it would cost me 2 days. I also contacted hotels.com and told them that I paid for the "insurance" so I could get a full refund but they were no help. I will never use hotels.com again and told all my friends and associates about the run around I received. Oh, by the way, I drove 16 hours from Florida that day because my brother had passed away the night before on 12-14-25.
