We loved the hotel. Staff are lovely and the room was great. Just to note that the bathroom is not massively private inside the room - you can see the bath from the bedroom area and the toilet has a door but does not fully close to be sound proof - so possibly not ideal for a family stay. But we still enjoyed it and would recommend.

This is a great hotel with a lot going for it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Had a problem with my reservation and they sorted it out wonderfully. The welcome champagne is a nice touch. I use their in-house spa for a foot massage and it was amazing. The breakfast buffet is thoughtful and delicious. The bed is super comfortable and finally the location is very convenient for getting around the city.

If anything comes up during your stay, I highly recommend contacting the hotel manager directly — he responds quickly and handled our situation very professionally, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, with great restaurants nearby. Beerstro14 is just around the corner and definitely worth visiting. Overall, a lovely stay and I would happily return.
