Location is good. View is great. Property is in the midst of doing some upgrades so hopefully next time there will be no issues (all minor such as a leaky sink in en suite bathroom, loose handles on kitchen cabinets, missing trim). We appreciated the upgrade to the top floor apartment (3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms instead of 1/1, which we paid for).
