Love how it was quick to get to from the main station. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. They have luggage storage for before/after check out so that was nice.

Payment taken twice for the room

We have been charged twice for this stay. Payment made to hotel.com when booked, then had to make a second payment to complete online registration. I don’t think this is fair. This makes it a very expensive hotel .

We needed to ask for glasses, so not sure what else is offered. The air conditioner did not work and was very noisy fan. However, we did not complain, so a new room may have been offered. The parking was quite far away and because of construction was hard to find. They did offer a discount to the parking rate, that was great. Was close to many sites. Received a choice of free beer or water for not wanting your room cleaned- very innovative.

Rooms were just fine and spacious. Beds were also OK and acceptable for the price. No fridge or microwave. Cleaning wasn't impressive at all. All that aside, the big issue we had was the neighborhood, I couldn't believe the area was part of Munich, Germany. It's more like run down cities in poor third world countries, some people are just wasting their time wondering on streets. I couldn't feel safe getting out during night time.

What I like most about this property is that it is close to Transportation. I could take the S line directly to the Airport, also close to the meet up point for my Get Your Guide day tour. The old part of the city.. St Peter's Church etc are just 10 to 15 minutes walk. The time I stayed there, the condition of the room and the hotel in general seemed newly made over, bright and fresh. My own complaint is my room is really bare - no mini fridge, no kettle nor coffee machine. In the shower room, the only supplies are soap and hair dryer, there is no shower cap nor a cup for tooth brushing.
