Pues todo parece ser una plan de estafa, al ver el hotel vi todos sus beneficios, entre ellos estaba el servicio de AC, cuando reservé la habitación, solo me dejó reservar la habitación básica, aunque intenté seleccionar otra categoría, al llegar al check in me dijeron que la habitación solo cuenta con ventilado y no incluye AC me pareció extraño, revise los beneficios nuevamente y noté que había cambiando y que solo era el ventilador, me dijeron que si quería el AC tenía que pagar una diferencia y entendí que pudo ser mi culpa al no leer bien al final de la reservación. Resultó que de un precio de 526 MX la reserva básica si quería el AC tenía que pagar en total más de 800 MX pero ellos ya parecían conocer este proceso donde no tienes elección por el hecho de que no puedes cancelar y que obviamente tú necesitas el servicio de AC finalmente acepte y me dieron la misma habitación que se supone no contaba con AC. Es decir, la habitación tiene instalado el AC pero no puedes usarlo si no pagas la diferencia porque no te dan el control hasta que no lo pagues, y ni siquiera había ventilador. Nunca había ido a un hotel donde te vendiera en AC de esta manera. Insisto parece una estrategia para sacar provecho, además en el check in aceptaron que siempre les pasa lo mismo. La habitación es muy sencilla y las camas también, también se ve muy sucio y pare un motel en realidad. Olvidaba que no te dan toallas hasta que des un depósito de 200MX o dejes identificación. No lo recomiendo

⁸Mal servicio:::::durante la noche me acerqué a recepción informando que en la habitación no tenía toalla, me informan que todas las toallas fueron llevadas a lavary aún no se han secado , pero en ningún momento me resolvieron y no obtuve la toalla 😑😤🙄 durante la mdrugada mucho ruido de personas en estado embriagadas.
