There were Prostitutes at the gate, and I swen a few transactions being completed. We call a place like thay a jump off. You can rent the room by the hour and it was just a bad experience.

We arrived around 2:00 AM after a long drive. receptionist was sleeping on the chair. the widow of the front desk Window was scary looking. just like a jail cell

Me && my boyfriend needed a place at 11pm and was kinda skeptical b/c it’s on chef hwy but … it was very clean , the attendant was very nice && welcoming and it’s also gated ! Key access only . would definitely stay here the next time I visit home .

Nola suites and Inn outside is so nasty and run down It makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe But the room was clean except the air conditioner The smells like a nursing home without the pee smell

They where super nice and its a gated parking lot with direct access to a gas station at the front of the property within easy walking distance. Like where else are you going to match this quality and price with access to amenities within a 10-12 minute drive to the french quarters. Not to mention down the street is some great local food options that give you ridiculous amounts of food for cheap. The only down sides i can say is the water wouldn't just get as hot as i personally like and i love a good black out curtain or shade that blocks all light. Otherwise loved it.

Property was safe as it is enclosed by a high fence with key card entry only to the rooms area. Staff were very friendly. Room was recently renovated and very clean. There were, however, no lamps on the bedside tables so it was inconvenient to turn the lights on and off. No gaps in doorway. Actually quiet for the area. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to NO port for cruises. Priced appropriately.

Horrible Management, Book Somewhere Else

Manager/Owner lacks professionalism and customer service. I do not recommend this motel at all! My experience has me questioning the 5 star reviews this dump received via this app. I booked a room based on the reciews. However when I arrived at this property I knew immediately that the reviews are false 100%. The owner/manager is a true clown. 100% unprofessional and has no clue what customer service is. He also comes across as racist. The property is in a less than safe area so watch your vehicle, possessions, and yourself. BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES! There are many motels in the area, try others or drive to the inner city and you will find QUALITY and PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Shower wasn’t working properly and when we told management they expressed 3 other people had said something. Yes- we could have called front desk-but we were only there one night. And honestly, it shouldn’t be hard to figure out- or at least tell customers when they check in what to do. Front desk workers both at check in and check out were very nice and professional otherwise. Room had a weird odor but was clean and updated. Quiet surroundings, felt safe. No iron or ironing board.

For the spent I was unable to shower as the spray was not working even I got instructions on how to use nothing working and I had to wash myself up along with my sister. Not even a bottle of water left in the room, we got there late at night and places were closed we were thirsty all night until the next morning we had to go to Walmart to buy the basic stuffs.
