Excellent location in the mountains.

My room was on right under a conference room which apparently also is used for parties. Last night of my stay there was insane noice / party and personal loud fights until midnight. That I could have been without. Staff is very helpful and kind and the location of the place is fantastic. Worth to visit.

Great hotel, what a view! The breakfast was worth paying extra for as it's home made and very fresh. We also enjoyed having dinner on our first night - good quality local food. It's the perfect location for hikes. Also loved the lounge with the cheminee!

A nice hotel on the very top of the island. A big nice balkong, that we did not use due to constant rain and wind. Furthermore it was covered in clouds all the time. Weatherwise we were unlucky, but we can’t blame the hotel for that. With sunny weather we would have had a fantastic View!

Amazing stay. Beautiful surroundings

Hi have to recommend. This place even if is for one night . We stayed for two nights and was enough as we were not prepared for trekking and this is the main attraction to the area. The pros: great spa, the restaurant team good food(make sure you book the half board option) not much around to go for dinner And the views. Ask for room with view The con: I think reception staff could have been trained better. The guy doing the check in was not interested at all, unlike the F&B team who were great and providing a friendly service, this was not the cas EOF reception The hotel rooms need a bit of updating, see photo shower and hairdryer. Pillows not very comfortable But would come back for sure. Had a good time here

The location is great and staff friendly and efficient. Dinner and breakfast was good too. Downside was the 35euros to use the spa for an hour and a half - overpriced for what it is. There is a lovely lounge area that is not put to any use. They light a fire about 5pm and then just let it go out so later in the evening when a fire would be nice it’s just ashes. Would be good if they served after dinner drinks in this area but it’s just dead.

One night. Clean room and views are awesome. Heating was on night and breathing air went so bad, had to open door in middle of night to get some fresh air. Service in breakfast was bad, you need to order warm foods but noboby didnt take our order so we ask waitress close by, can we have warm foods and she look so angry and asked angry voice what you want. Breakfast food was ok, not best not worst.

Personel du petit déjeuner à revoir

A part une serveuse trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able qui nous quasi agressĂ© au petit dĂ©jeuner (Clara C.) car au moment oĂč nous sommes arrivĂ©s il n’y avait personne dans la salle du buffet, et seulement deux personnes attablĂ©es, donc en attendant nous avons fait le tour du buffet pour dĂ©couvrir ce qui Ă©tait proposĂ© sans toucher Ă  quoi que ce soit. Quand elle est arrivĂ©e elle nous a demandĂ© de maniĂšre trĂšs sĂšche notre numĂ©ro de chambre sans mĂȘme un accueil minimal. Ensuite d’autres clients sont arrivĂ©s avec qui nous avons remarquĂ© qu’elle Ă©tait gentille et leur servait mĂȘme leur cafĂ© Ă  table. Lorsque mon compagnon lui a demandĂ© s’il Ă©tait possible d’avoir encore 2 cafĂ©s, elle a rĂ©pondu que la machine etait lĂ -bas, bref elle nous en voulait et a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able au point que je lui demande si il y avait un problĂšme avec nous ? C’est alors qu’elle nous a dit que nous devions attendre Ă  la rĂ©ception d’ĂȘtre placĂ© et que si il y avait personne c’est parce qu’elle Ă©tait seule. Du jamais vu ! On s’est plaint au manager qui nous a dis qu’il allait lui faire par de notre mĂ©contentement quant Ă  son impolitesse. Mais n’ayant eu aucun retour, ni geste commercial je prĂ©fĂšre mentionner cette mĂ©saventure qui nous a coupĂ© l’appĂ©tit et gĂąchĂ© la fin de notre sĂ©jour. Cependant et heureusement le reste du personnel a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able et gentil. et l’hĂŽtel est super, avec une vue Ă©poustouflante, il est conseillĂ© de prendre Ă©galement une session au Spa en supplĂ©ment ne fut ce que pour les photos.

Deja mucho que desear la amabilidad de las recepcionistas, ademås entiendo que se haga el desbroce a primera hora de la mañana para evitar altas temperaturas a los trabajadores, pero genera que a las 9 de la mañana dos destrozadoras te hagan madrugar. Dos detalles muy malos para un parador, por lo demås un sitio increíble.

Emplacement exceptionnel pour une vue exceptionnelle , cet hotel est unique dans la region pour les acces au "pico de las nieves" et au "roque nublo". Le restaurant est correct et de bonne qualité pour le diner et le pdj. Il n'y a que a espérer que le beau temps soit au rdv sinon....
