From the start, check-in was very smooth and easy. The rooms were as described and accurate. Very tidy and clean. The hotel is in a great location, easy connections around the city and to the airport as there was a tram stop right outside the hotel. Staff were super friendly as well. Monika and Franco helped us with great recommendations of where to go for food, drinks, non-touristy things to do. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay and Monika recommended a great Czech cake shop where I could get a cake from, it was very delicious. Franco made our check-out very smooth and gave some excellent recommendations for our last day in Prague and what we should do on our next visit. Overall, we would 100% stay here again. Thanks to the whole team.
