Clean comfortable room with the essentials. There was very little floor space, which is fine if you don't plan to be in your room much. Perfect location, 5 min walk to the river bank. Friendly staff and lots of shops, food and cafes around.

The staff were all very friendly and maintained the hotel well. However the bed was not comfortable, the air con didn’t work and the TV was basically unusable. The signal wasn’t good enough to watch all the channels and it would just switch off after a while.

We had a lovely one night stay at Z Hotel City. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The entrance felt much nicer than expected. Our room was small but not as small as expected, and most definitely an ideal size for short breaks. The room felt more expensive than it actually was which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect! You're so close to everything and connections are nearby.

Incredibly small double room with barely enough space to walk around the bed. Room felt created out of a narrow corridor. Decent shower room but very small. The double would be challenging for a couple to share. Lovely staff and clean room and reception. Plenty of cafes nearby. For the price (I paid extra to get a window), not sure I’d use again. However room was quiet. Bed not as good as other hotels

The room was clean but very small. I was travelling as a family of 4 (12yo & 15yo), I wouldn’t stay again as it was too small for us all. No floor space really, which is fine as we didn’t want to spend lots of time in our room but even still it was cramped. However it was clean and they clean the rooms / make beds etc every 2 days. Water is supplied which is good. We paid extra for the Club benefits which was worth it as you could have any drink / food for free. Not too busy as well so always got a seat.
