This place was really ugly from the outside and then I arrived after 6:00 p.m. tired and then had to find another property to actually get a key. Inside it was fine but outside it was pretty ghetto also this is not far from downtown Las Vegas which is rundown and a little ugly so definitely not if you're sophisticated and you need to be a little accommodating to that side of town to like it I probably will not return.

Place was under construction no problem office was closed had to go to other property to get key and check in no problem my biggest problem is they kept my deposit money without as ny explains, left the room clean took out the trash , made sure everything was picked up and emptied like no problem but fiirst place I've stayed at where they kept my deposit money that I needed left at checkout time office still closed left key in their little slot but no office manger on property didn't have time to chase them down at other property had a death in the family and that was my priority at that time , property was ok under construction I understand but no body there for checkout or check in had to chase down on another property my time and my gas to check in who accounts for that if I stayed longer who pays I do but who is to say I checked out at that time ? House keeping was there at 11vam when I was leaving but do I have to do their job at check in and check out why no office personnel there on property? Why no explanation on my deposit money ,,? Poor management don't go here unless you want to get ripped off

Disgusting room. Firstly, no office on property to check in- had to drive to another property. In the middle of the night two mice began scurrying around the floor, under the bed and through my things. I left the motel at 4 in the morning. Terrible property, a total waste of money

Homeless and drug users all over the property!!!! Pool looked like it had been closed for years. It was drained and disgusting. Would never ever stay there. We left and stayed somewhere else. Terrible do not stay here

Exellent staff and service whenever it was needed. Honestly felt like a themed one bedroom apartment rather than a hotel room. Right across the street from a wallet friendly gas station, and with the RTC bikes, only a 15 minute walk/ride till youre at freemont. Thank you Desert Hills!

This is a mixed review - the inside of the room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in lately (if only sparsely filled with furnishings) but the outside was awful. The parking was impossible to use withe the poles and fencing to protect the property.

Honestly to sum it up it’s very unsafe place don’t take kids anywhere near here. got woken up by the screams of a women getting beaten up and insulted by a man next to our room … it was traumatic to say the least.
