Front desk was especially friendly. Room was very clean and looked recently renovated. TV had a ton of cable channels kind of like what you have at home. Only negative I can think of is water pressure is a bit weak. They offer complimentary hot breakfast, but I didn’t make it each morning. Keep up the nice work.

Great location right off of frontage rd. Easy access to all of the plantations. Hotel was quite, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Lots of petri chemical plants along the Mississippi. Lots of petro workers stay there and we always felt safe. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Continental at best with cold powdered eggs and cold sausage that was microwaved. Not many restaurants near by. Would stay here again for the convenience, but would skip the breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were no towels, extra toilet paper or Kleenex in the room. Had to go to front desk for these items. Bath items were sample size. Breakfast had limited items. Waffles were good. Went downstairs at 7:30 a.m. and there were not a lot of options available.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff, hot showers. Breakfast was okay enough to get the job done. I must say this hotel is an affordable hidden gem. My room could’ve been cleaned a little more but I’ve stayed in worser conations and paid more per night. I’ll definitely be back.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. The night I was there, it was exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable, too. The carpet felt clammy but was clean (I know because the bottoms of my feet were not dirty.) The bathroom trashcan had not been checked and that is why I left a 4 star because of what was in it. Other than that, it was a clean room. I would stay again and for a longer stay. My overnight in the area was last minute. The staff was friendly.

Our room had not been clean. There was no toilet paper and there were dried pee drops on the toilet seat. They then moved us to another room. Then there were no sheets on the pull out couch bed but there was a soiled, stiff wash rag in it. We went downstairs again and they gave us sheets. So we had to make up our own bed.
