Resepsiyonda, hatamı düzeltmek için geldiğim gün boş yer olmadığını (sadece pahalı süit ve bu yüzden başka bir otele gittim) ve ayrıca geri ödeme yapılmadığını (platformla yapılmadığını kabul ediyorum) bildirdiler.
