O quarto é o básico, chuveiro funciona bem e os funcionários são muito atenciosos inclusive tive que pedir uma diária extra e eles responderam tarde da no noite no whatsapp abriram a disponibilidade e eu consegui fechar por aqui mesmo, me ajudaram também com o transfer. The room was small, but efficient. The shower was super tiny & the curtain kept clinging to my body which was gross because of it clinged to my body as I washed it clinged to everyone else’s & I am certain they do not sanitize it after each visit. I had to ask for a blanket as they only provide a sheet to cover up with the next day as no one was available in the evening. The TV did not work and I was told 2 times someone would fix it and they didn’t even bother to come so night 1 I had no TV and the guest WiFi I swear got turned off at night. The next day again to TV fixed after told it would be and I figured out how to fix it myself. Housekeeping was nice. She got me the extra blanket and towels the 2nd day I was there. a sheet to cover up with.

Did not like hotel location , but it was a few streets over from the main areas of activity. Customer service was limited , person was not available or spoke no English. The room was small ,it was hard to shower without touching the shower curtain in the bathroom . We had to lift the luggage up a flight of stairs . We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room after check out time , since we had a later flight and no one was there to store it for us , which we appreciated .The owner arranged the taxi pick up for us as well . I would not stay there again .

Clean, air conditioned room. Staff were very helpful. Location and overall impressions were fine for what I paid. Nice places for breakfast close, nice supermarket three blocks away. Area might look a little questionable but I didn’t experience any problems.

Definitely needs work

The stay would have been passable if there wasn’t construction right below my room starting at 7am. Heavy drilling / sawing / hammering. Calling it a boutique hotel is also a bit of a stretch. The lobby is nicely designed with the ubiquitous neon style sign to draw in influencers like a mouth to a flame, but the rooms are incredibly basic, and while the bathroom is decently designed there is variable pressure in the shower. Staff friendly enough but no-one speaks English so have some kind of translation app at the ready. Location was good for what I needed but I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise.
