Awesome staff

The staff at Hotel Domus were super nice and super helpful. The hotel is located at a great central location, pretty close to most of the sites a tourist would want to visit. It's in an old building which houses a few hotels and was a little confusing at first.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was decent, but the shower was too tight and the bathroom only had one handlebar. We were not able to dry our towels properly. We rarely had decent sleep due to excessive noise from a Karaoke bar downstairs. The bar was very loud/noisy EVERY NIGHT including weekdays. Lastly, the Wifi in the room was horrible. We could barely connect our phones and tablets. Our devices kept connecting and disconnecting due to extremely poor signal. TV couldn’t successfully connect as well which was very disappointing.

Great stay here! The cleaning was fantastic, I felt very safe. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything needed. One small note would be, if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs because the walls are thin and the noise on the floorboards above is a bit loud. No fault of the hotel; it’s just an old building. I would definitely stay again, and bring earplugs next time.

Hotel muito bom, nos atendeu muito bem, espaço amplo, com frigobar. A localização é boa, da pra fazer quase tudo a pé em torno de 15 a 30 minutos de alguns pontos turísticos. O ponto de ônibus é bem na frente do hotel. Pra quem não gosta de barulho a noite o hotel é bem ao lado de um bar que toca músicas altas até tarde. Não nos incomodou pois chegávamos bem cansados e dormíamos rápido. A verdação da janela era boa, reduzia um pouco dos barulhos da rua.

Loved this place! I was able to check in early, the staff is super friendly and the place was very clean. My husband and I stayed 2 nights here and will definitely recommend this place to everyone. We loved our room, the bed was comfortable and decor is nice, we also had ac that worked. Our room had a balcony and it was super cute to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The location is perfect, walking distance to multiple restaurants, historical sights, and shopping. We want to come back one day and will be staying here again!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The first room I was given had a terrible AC smell, and when I asked to be moved, the front desk staff seemed annoyed rather than accommodating. While I was out, my belongings were removed without notice and left unattended behind a divider in the lobby, which felt careless and unprofessional. I was then sent to another room with the wrong key, only to discover the AC there was broken and leaking, before being placed back in the previous room. The repeated room issues and, most importantly, the mishandling of my belongings made this stay far below expectations.

Buena ubicacion, pero se menten a robar

En general la habitacion aceptable, el area donde se encuentra el hotel tiene una excelente comunicacion, puntos a mejorar, en el acceso hay contenedores de basura que aunque esta separada es un mal aspecto y olor para los que pasamos por ahi para acceder al ascensor. Otro punto y no menos importante, hay que poner sillas y maletas atras de la puerta, pues en el primer dia alguien o mas gente se metio a la habitacion y nos robaron identificaciones, tarjetas, pasaportes y dinero y estuvieron usando las tarjetas en los comercios alrededor del hotel, la gente del hotel no se hizo responsable y no aceptaron que no tienen control sobre accesos, solo hay una camara en cada piso al entrar, no en los pasillos. definitivamente no recomiendo el lugar hasta que tengan camaras.
