Small but cozy, simple yet everything I needed. From the time I arrived I was greeted by the very friendly front desk agent Maha. Very helpful and friendly. Especially after traveling for 16 hours. The room was the perfect homemade while in town for the game and visiting friends. Only a 15 minute walk to Bernabéu Stadium the area has lots of restaurants and convenience stores. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff, Estif (I hope I’m spelling that right) was another wonderful face to come back to after a long day of sightseeing, very helpful. Will be back the next time I’m in Madrid!

Tiny room, no in room facilities, very sterile and depressing (although it was clean). Lobby was tiny giving off a very bland atmosphere, and the "breakfast room" was a few cheap snacks in bags, a dirty coffee machine and a pile of "construction" in the corner. Staff we polite. But the worse of it - price was over €100/night.... max €50/night for this place. Wont go back - do not recommend.

The hotel only accepts cash up front when checking in, no credit or debit card allowed. I was not fully aware of this so ended up going to multiple ATMs in Madrid looking for one that would accept my card. Free breakfast is a cup of coffee or tea and a biscuit. During my stay over three nights, my room was never cleaned. No choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms. My room had an ashtray in it an reeked of cigarettes.

Clean room, but used by smokers previously, which appears to be quite normal in this hotel having read other reviews. Not pleasent, and as this a budget place, the only staff present was the receptionist, so not able to assist. Bedding was lack luster... :(

Since we arrived the front desk lady was lazy and unhelpful. All the hotel smelled like cigarettes and the room assigned was as well. We asked for a different room, the air conditioner didn’t work and the blankets and pillows smelled like cigarettes which makes it harder to sleep well. At around 3:00am someone inside the building starts screaming. We could hear everything from other rooms and the sound from outside the building. Me didn’t sleep at all. Next day we ask to get a refund and they only gave us back one night. We end up leaving before the last night and will never go back here and would not recommend this hotel at all. We expect them to give us a full refund since 130/night is extremely expensive for this type of hotel.

Déjà à mon arrivé on m’oblige à payer en espèces . Je demande un reçu on me donne un bout de papier arraché sur un cahier en gage de facture . Dans la chambre il y avait des cheveux au lit et dans la douche. La chasse d’eau fonctionne une fois sur deux le pommeau de douche ne tient pas . La Climatisation ne fonctionne pas . La télécommande de la tv non plus . Sans compter les trace sur les draps du lit . Un le drap en gage de couverture

Personale super disponibile e cortese. Purtroppo la struttura ê chiaramente un albergo non adatto a essere pagato €150,00 a notte. Fuori zona e camere completamente non isolate per cui si sente il rumore tutta la notte di qualsiasi altro ingresso in camera e non racconto altro. È umiliante non dormire dopo aver pagato tanto, nulla da dire al personale ma devono risolvere i trasformarlo in un albergo a ore!
