Great location.

The hotel is really well fitted out and modern, with snakes you can purchase in the room. It’s walking distance to the trains and trams and the ferries. The main shopping street too, all under five minutes. The hotel is super quiet, and the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and there’s always someone at the desk.

The best hotel to stay in the Alsancak area.

The most clean, reliable and professional hotel in the area. The room I stayed in was a bit small, but i stayed solo, and I had made the reservation with that in mind. There wasn’t the slightest issue with cleanliness in the room, unlike many other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area, where I often had to stay in dirty rooms that, most importantly, smelled of cigarette smoke. But this hotel has no smoke policy. Last, but definitely not least, the hospitality of the hotel manager, Mr. Zafer, was also commendable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to İzmir.

Mold, Noxious Sewer Gas, Mosquitos in Lobby, Hazardous Electrical, and a staff that refuses to change rooms to a non-moldy room unless paying an extra 50%. I couldn't even stay there and had to find someplace else.

The hotel is located in a very quiet alley but not remote. It's easy to walk to center and museum.there are many convenience stores and restaurants near by .which are very convenient. The staff are also very nice and professional, and the rooms was clean and tidy. I strongly recommend if I come back Izmir I would staying here again .

Clean-polite-budget friendly

The hotel is located in central area but it’s quiet. The street is not fancy but it’s safe. The staff is polite and they offered me a bigger room even thought I booked a smaller one, since it was available. When leaving they gave me a small gift. The room was clean and has hairdryer, fridge, water boiler, coffee-tea-water which are complimentary. Also sleepers and sewing kit. It was new and had a nice essence in general.

Good value, but not «great»

Pros: The rooms were clean, and the lobby looked nice. Good location near main street of Alsancak and the train station. One of the receptionists were very helpful regarding reccomendations and planning of our activities. Cons: Service could be better as we had to negotiate with one of the receptionists regarding getting a couple more towels/toilet paper rolls. Lobby was not airconditioned at peak temperature times, which made waiting for the room to be ready slightly uncomfortable.

Good Location, but Some Disappointments

This isn't a hotel; it's more of a hostel. The hostel has a central location, right by the train station and was very central, but the surrounding environment is in poor condition, with a strong smell of sewage. The hostel itself doesn’t have a restaurant or breakfast service. The room was fine—clean and relatively new, which was good. However, one other issue I faced was with the location listed on Hotels.com. It showed a place close to where I needed to go for a meeting, but on the day I received a message saying that the location shown on Google was wrong. The hostel was actually somewhere else, farther away. I was really confused as to why the wrong address was listed on hotells.com. I chose this place specifically because it was supposed to be near my meeting location. This hotel room had both a fridge and a kettle, with tea, coffee, and similar amenities available right in the room. It was small, but it had everything.
