Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. This beautiful boutique hotel is a four star hotel disguised as a two star. If you stay in Bilbao do yourself a favor and stay here . Everything in this hotel is immaculate , the rooms were super comfortable and the bathroom and bed were perfect . You cannot beat the location as it is the heart of Casco Viejo . I walked everywhere ! To the Guggenheim , to the Gran Via and along the beautiful river that flows through town . Moreover the price point is miraculous. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had the best time in Bilbao . I have to specifically thank Roxanne and Sonia for all the the information and support they provided me . They helped me arrange transportation and spent so much time explaining what to see in the city , offering me the best advice that even the guidebooks miss ! Thank you so much Goein Boutique Hotel, I will definitely be back and will always remember the great time I had there !

The hotel is spectacular, close to the old town, but it does not have parking as stated on Expedia. The parking is public and is quite far from the hotel for someone traveling with suitcases. Otherwise I recommend it.

Gorgeous modern hotel staff where lovely, plenty of room good choice for breakfast and good location. Literally the only downside was how dark it is. We had no windows for any kind of natural light and the same in the lobby so you literally can’t tell if it’s night or day until you go outside

Every day when we returned from exploring our bed (which was very comfy) was remade impeccably! Decor throughout hotel had attention to detail in finishes & is stylish & classy. Extremely kind & helpful staff. A short walk to tram / bus stop. Various bars / restaurants, cafes & shops all just a stones throw away. Would definitely highly recommend staying here when visiting Bilbao & surrounding places. *****
