Fui em uma viagem com marido e casal de amigos. Pior hotel que já fiquei. Tanto que decidimos mudar de hotel em menos de 24h de estadia. Não tinha como ficar. Desagradável! Horrível! Fotos não condiz com a realidade em nada! Fio dental e palito de dente usados no banheiro, chuveiro frio, pouca água, vaso sujo. Piso manchado. Papel higiênico uma lixa. Poucas opções no café e pão era uma tábua. Quarto sujo, frigobar encardido com borracha solta. Cofre sem cadeado e enferrujado. Roupa de cama com mal cheiro. Espelho descascando. Móveis estufados. Infiltração na parede. Porções na piscina ruins, buffet ruim, até o arroz parecia requentado no almoço. Decepção. Não buscava luxo, apenas mínimas condições de estadia.

Bom hotel mas pode melhorar!

Quando li os comentários, cheguei receosa, confesso, mas o atendimento do pessoal é o ponto forte do hotel. Só estranhei o mensageiro no corredor, antes da chegada à recepção, cortando nossas pulseiras quando estávamos nos dirigindo ao check out (para que não almoçássemos ou ficássemos mais 1 min no hotel. E olha que estávamos até antecipados no horário!). A comida é razoável e as estações são longe de onde as pessoas ficam. O melhor é o local onde servem pizzas à noite. O quarto é confortável e o pessoal do bar bem gente boa! É um bom hotel (ainda não é como já foi um dia quando me hospedei) mas está abaixo dos outros hotéis All Inclusive do nordeste.

Bom para primeira experiência, mas não volto.

Não espere muito pelo preço que se paga. O hotel tem uma estrutura antiga e precisa de manutenção. O ar condicionado não funcionou bem, a porta da varanda uma dificuldade para abrir, banheiro estava sujo e cheio de mosquito, péssimo. Alimentação é apenas nos horários específicos, poucas opções de petiscos que podem se servir o dia todo (10 as 21:30). Comida é boa, nada excepcional. Almoço no checkout não tá incluso. Limpeza das piscinas precisa melhorar. O que salva é o atendimento que foi bom. Se é sua primeira vez em all inclusive, vale a pena a experiência.
