A estadia foi boa. O quarto era amplo, limpo e agradável. A limpeza era diária. A comunicação com os funcionários da recepção também foi ótima. E ficava num ponto bem próximo da praia e do centro de ponta negra. O único pesar foi com o café da manhã. É apenas uma funcionária para recolher os pedidos, para limpar as mesas e também repôr os itens que acabam. Com isso acaba deixando um pouco a desejar. O café da manhã vai até às 10h, mas se você chegar depois das 8h você só vai pegar as sobras, porque praticamente não há reposição.

O flat é completo fica bem localizado, muito próximo à praia, e a todos os bons lugares da praia de ponta negra. Minha diária só teria início as 13hs, cheguei as 6:30 da manha, já fui devidamente acomodado pela gerente Márcia, em um quarto vista mar, melhor que o quarto que eu reservei. Toda Equipe muito solicita e com certeza voltaria novamente.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da Praia, em rua muito calma. O pessoal é atencioso e gentil. A garagem é muito pequena para veiculos maiores ( tipo SUV). O hotel não tem elevador. É um flat com fogão, frigobar, e material na cozinha. A faca é cega, se vai cozinhar, traga a sua.
