Everything was amazing! The room was clean with complimentary dessert and drinks. The staff were so helpful, held my luggage for me prior to check in and carried it up to my room for me. Breakfast was great! They had umbrellas for guests to use on rainy days. And the location was the best!! Right in the center of everything. Which made finding my way back to the hotel always easy! Highly recommend!

The room was small but adequate and it was what we booked so no surprises. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to open the windows to get fresh air since the AC was still not turned on. The breakfast was very good. We were here for a two week stay and I’m happy to say it’s a terrific little hotel in a prime location; short walk to the subway, with restaurants, bars and shops right outside your door. The rooms are modern, comfortable…and quiet! - this despite its location. The TV speaks English (important for us Americans), the bathroom shower is easy to use and has great water pressure. And the staff is outstanding! Highly recommend.
