I booked the hotel for my wife & son. They never got to stay due to their first flight being delayed/ cancelled by AA. That put them missing their connecting flight so after taking a way later flight They had to fly out the next morning. I tried to cancel but was told I had to work with hotels.com. There was only one person on the phone at the hotel that tried helping. So I tried with hotels.com to cancel and was told I should get refunded the $175 and had to pay $99 for that then was told I was NOT getting the refund at all! SO they Never got to stay at all and the delayed/cancelled flight was totally out of our control!

The last night there we noticed ants on the bed. Never saw anything there before. Also never ate near the bed. We cleaned them up and that was it. Didn’t see anymore. Other than that everything else was great. The space was super spacious and nice.

Great hotel! The room we stayed in was very nice, very clean and very spacious. The decor is very modern. I really liked the kitchen area, it’s equipped with real dishes and silverware. It’s in a perfect location near shopping center. Also, they have a good quantity of Tesla chargers in the garage which was convenient for us! The only complain I have is that the pool was out of order. That was a bummer for my daughter who was looking forward to enjoying the pool. Either way we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice new building, unexpected costs

The building seems new and the room was very clean and overall very nice. I enjoyed having the dresser and the kitchen is very nice. Location is meh. It’s near the highway and industrial. FYI expect a $250 dollar deposit per stay and $10 per day for parking. I travel to the area 4x per month for work and that rate is much higher than average for similar stays. Air conditioner in our room kept moving up without us touching it. They couldn't send a workman till the morning so we had a very warm night.

I had a very poor experience at this hotel and ultimately chose not to stay. At check in, the front desk attempted to charge me for a room that had already been fully paid. This was only resolved after I refused to provide my card and asked for a manager at which point the staff member suddenly contradicted their earlier statement and “found” my reservation in the system. I was then told a $250 authorization would be required. Given the condition and offerings of the property, this was unreasonable and not adequately explained. I declined, did not check in, and went to another hotel instead. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property. The process lacked professionalism and transparency. The Lobby also smelled of marijuana.

The thermostat was malfunctioning — and we had to call the front desk in the early morning hours. After turning the breaker on and off multiple times — and the front desk worker coming in to observe the unit, she told us we couldn’t be moved after requesting to relocate. We had to call back multiple times downstairs until she finally was able to move us to the 5th floor. This was all in the late night/early morning hours and very inconvenient. My guest and I couldn’t sleep because the thermostat was literally stuck blowing warm air into the room & the device on the wall wouldn’t control anything to be able to turn it on or off. If this hadn’t happened everything was fine — but the fact that we couldn’t even control the air temp in the room — had to troubleshoot it all ourselves in the middle of the night, had someone come to the room, ignore us or seem not to care much that they couldn’t fix it, and then have to follow up and request a new room was inconvenient and ruined our stay.

Classic Hilton Vibe, great little gym, great parking. Great staff. THEY MUST BE ON A TIGHT BUDGET THO!! Stayed on the 4th flr. View wasnt pretty but its fine, small window with a double curtain so you can still get natural light with privacy.. Loved the kitchen in my room and the studio layout is great. Bring your own paper towels and cleaning supplies!! My room was surface level clean. You can tell the House Keeper either didnt have enough time or didnt care. I Lysol wiped everything. Wish i brought my own bedding. AC UNIT STAYS ON. I SUGGEST YOU FIND A SETTING AND PUT IT ON AUTO. Either way you can hear it and a sound like water spilling randomly comes from it  24/7. The shower doesnt have a ledge to put your own shamp/condi/soap, they do provide some. No extra toilet paper roll and the one on the holder was half done but i just asked housekeeping during their round and they gave me 1.  There is only 1 elevator for all 5 floors, idk who collects the trash but they dont really clean the floor area around it. Dont like how ANYBODY could access the elevator and floors. Usually HW locations have key access to get into the building. Garage parking was very clean tho and i felt safe during my stay, saw security doing rounds. They have complimentary breakfast. Very basic. Nothing to brag out. The snack area in the lobby is great, lots of options! Pool wasnt done but even if it was, it left nothing to be desired. I would still stay again but would hope for a cleaner/better room.

A lot to be desired for a hilton

The hotel is new and it is evident but the service here is the worst I have had for any Hilton property. John or Johnny at the front desk is horrible. I had prepaid my booking already yet charged me for my room as a new booking then noticed it was already paid, luckily I have funds on my CC but that’s a big mistake. I was the only one there and it literally took 20 min to get my room key. The room lights are on a sensor or timer not sure but they turned off after I was just sitting watching TV, I tried every single light and non worked. After a min or 2 I called Johnny at the front to get help and he says I need to walk around the room so they can turn on. The heck I walked through the room already flipping each light and nothing worked. He then tells me there is a breaker box at the entrance, try flipping those. What the heck, I need to flip breakers, I asked if anyone in maintenance is around to get this working , he responds nope have to wait until tomorrow as there is no workers. Next day comes I get in my room but no service was done and my TP is low so it was not replaced. I call and Johnny is still the only one at the desk I ask about my room and he tells me it wasn’t done as it had a DND sign on the door, I never added this or placed it on the door. He continues to say they will be by tomorrow as there is no one there but him, he proceeds if I want the TP I can pick it up at the front desk. So no house keeping for the room And no one to switch out the TP. Horrible
