We came to checkin and were told that there were NO rooms even though we had a reservation!! Did not offer any reason or help to help us find another place. We drove 9 hours to get here and were exhausted with 2 young children. What a heart break when the kids saw the pool and we had to turn around and look elsewhere!!

Never got into a room and that might have been a blessing. The interior looks completely different and run down. The staff gave ours and others rooms away without notifying us because they wanted more money for the weekend. Their own website advertised rooms for double what we paid. Staff yelled at us infront of my kid and refused to accommodate us. Worst experience of my life I don't recommend this hotel at all stay away

Mold under torn wallpaper in bathroom, urine on side of toilet, beds are basically springs with a sheet over them, commons area very musty and humid from rotting pool water. Staff was nice but disgusting rooms. Didn’t bother with looking at breakfast as we were already super grossed out from the mold and pee all over bathroom.

They overbooked when I had my contractors out on business trip. Left my contractors with no room we had to scramble to find other hotels. Front desk blamed it on Hotels.com but I think because my contractors didn't get there till later that night they just decided to book others for a soccer game that came in and people were needing hotels. Anyways it was not professional. they need to get their business squared away with companies that feed them business. So they don't run into this situation. I paid for the rooms and everything.

Do not stay here, we literally could t even get Into our room because the girl couldn't figure out our cards after four different sets and over a half hour of trying to get into our room so we left, the front desk girl working was extremely rude, they refused refund and apparently had to manager on site. The facility looks nice when first walking in but is filthy, it hasn't been vacuumed in probably weeks and I'd say hasn't been dusted in a month. It was filthy. There were other people in the lobby also dealing with issues.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RESERVATION. WE HAD BEEN TRAVELING MOST OF THE NIGHT TO GET TO THIS HOTEL, I CALLED TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY STILL HAD OUR ROOM, SINCE WE WERE TRAVELING WITH A YOUNG CHILD, THAT REALLY NEEDED A BED ! WE CALLED AND THERE WAS NOT A ROOM WITH 2 QUEENS LEFT, BUT WAS TOLD THAT WE COULD HAVE 2 KINGS... WE WERE SO EXCITED.... THEN ABOUT AN HOUR LATER, GOT A CALL WHILE WE WERE GOING IN AN OUT OF SERVICE THAT OUR ROOMS HAD JUST BEEN RENTED OUT !! I'M SORRY ... BUT AFTER 1 AM IN THE MORNING TO BE TOLD THAT YOUR ROOM WAS TAKEN WAS NOT THE NEWS I WANTED. I WOULD BE HESITANT TO RESERVE A ROOM HERE AGAIN, JUST FOR THAT FACT. I DON'T WANT TO DRIVE OVER 10 HOURS TO FIND THAT I NEED TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.

When we arrived we learned that the AC in the building was out. I was miserably hot -- menopause is a beast of a thing. The front desk clerk was Nate. Nate was fantastic. He found us a room with windows to the outside instead of facing the atrium and got us all set up so we could have a cool, comfortable room. Nate gets 5 stars 🌟. He was the absolute best part of our stay!
