This property is clean and spacious for my family of five. It is conveniently located across the street from Metro transportation and walking distance to 7-11. The hosts were responsive when needed. My family and I were very comfortable in this condo.

Our two bedroom two bathroom apartment was perfect for my wife and me and our three teenage grandchildren. Plenty of room. Unit was clean and ready for us early. Only two blocks to metro station. I would gladly return to this property for future stays in the DC area.

Checking into this property was a huge hassle. We felt like we were accessing Fort Knox with the check in process. There were amenities listed that the apartment does not have. The apartment lacks in kitchenware/ cookware. The photos look much nicer than the place. The bathrooms are outdated and the electrical is probably not in code. There are no washcloths. It took 3 hours to dry clothes in the dryer. The best thing about this property is that it is in a quiet central where the subway is easily accessible and the beds are comfortable. We stayed 1 week- would not recommend.

Worth the hassle?

Pretty basic. Lobby, amenities & location were great. However, the whole process after booking was quite arduous!! Felt like we were checking into Fort Knox. Wehost did not tell us parking had to be requested before checkin. Upon arrival emails were not sent to confirm our apartment or parking reservations. It took 3 phone calls to finally get keys and parking permit. Also, kitchen floor was sticky, bathroom vents looked like they were never cleaned and no washcloths, hand towels or tea towels were provided. Bring your own soap to shower. Shower heads were nice, beds were comfortable and AC worked wonderfully despite heat wave.
