Not impressed with this hotel at all. Room was not cleaned the entire length of our stay. Horrible washroom. Outdated room. Elevator wasn't working. Entire property needs an upgrade.

SCAM HOTEL!! AVOID! CHECK TRIP ADVISOR. Booked a DOUBLE room for 2 adults with ensuite. And was given a grotty SINGLE bed room with nothing in the room but a SINGLE bed and a sink!!! Not interested in admitting a mistake. Played the cant speak english card!!! So ended up going to another hotel down the road!!! Will not refund!! Am now going to my bank to get a charge back!! ABSOLUTE SCAM AND A DISGUSTING PLACE!! Avoid!!! Should of checked trip advisor myself first!!!

The hotel was just perfect for the stay, the room I got was fine for one person, a twin bed, no usb chargers at all, but regular outlets. The room got a small bathroom inside which was a perfect addition. There's no kitchen but everything was available and close by.

No opportunity for drinks, no dinner, no breakfast, no parking nearby, full automated check-in which dit not work. 1 employee of almost 70-years young looking after things, above a gaming arcade and opposite a sex-shop. Bound to get noisy.

Poor Hotel

Strange hotel, you book in via a kiosk on the wall, room very dated and not even a shower above bath just an attachment in the bath which you have to hold up yourself, no proper bed more like a sofa bad with no head board. Room overlooked Main Street which was incredibly noisy until about 4am and soundproofing from the windows is non existent. Booked different hotel for nights 2 and 3 in Nuremberg

This was more of a hostel stay than a hotel. The good: Super easy access from the main train station in Nuremberg (absolutely walkable distance). And it was also close to the Christmas Market (the reason for our stay). Checking in was easy with the automated check-in, as documentation with “how to” was provided the day prior via email. For elderly people who are a bit tech challenged, this might be an issue. We had plenty of towels, shampoo and soap in our room. The room itself was spacious, with three beds as requested. The bad: I which I could have seen this facility in its glory days. Unfortunately it was in old repair and out dated. Our room had a broken window that was held together with tape. The bathroom (yes, we had one in our room, contrary to what other guests stated, was so small (toilet, sink and shower), that is you are a heavier person, would not fit. The cold water faucet handle on the sink did not turn, so you only had super hot water. Shower was small with a shower curtain that was quite stained at the bottom. The kicker of our adventure stay was that around 8:30ish in the morning, new guests apparently had the code to our room and walked in. Granted they walked right back out, but still. There is no breakfast due to staffing issues (according to the one and only worker we saw there), but there are plenty of foodie options all close by. Overall, I think it was way overpriced for what you got. Either way, we all had a good laugh out of our stay….
