The beach is great, staff is professional, polite, and treats customers well. However the general manager and owner is so impolite to the point of cursing customers and threatening them to be kicked out of the hotel .

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s been a great experience, benefiting from an all inclusive package. The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. We enjoyed good food, beverages, private beach, beautiful pool, inner yard with private parking, entertainment at night. With other words everything checked out, and will consider booking this hotel complex again next time we visit Romania in the summer.
