The place was clean and it is in a convenient area. I would probably stay again, but I would bring my own hangers – there aren’t any – and shampoo and conditioner. They only give you two tiny little prepackaged shampoos for two people. The same with the soap. There was one bar for both the sink and the shower. The only mirror was in the bathroom and it was over the sink and mounted too high for me to see. I am 5 foot two and all I could see was the very top of my head. I would suggest putting a mirror on the wall in a room or put a mirror on the bathroom door.

While the “room” itself was tastefully redecorated, it truly was “no frills.” Only small pouches of shampoo & conditioner. TV only had streaming, nothing live, and kept buffering. Biggest two downfalls: quite far from Port Canaveral and at the center of a VERY noisy intersection. Right across from the train tracks and we heard trains (high speed passenger & freight) alllllll night. Rough stay after our long day of driving.

The hotel was very clean and check in was easy. However, the amenities were extremely limited. Only one hand soap and two small shampoo samples were provided (for two), so we had to use hand soap to wash ourselves. Also, the railroad runs right next to the hotel, and trains woke us up almost every hour throughout the night. We had no idea this would be an issue when booking. We chose this place to rest before a long trip, but we barely slept, which completely defeated the purpose of our stay.

It’s a cute motel with all that is needed for a night’s stay. The bed was very comfortable: When I had a request, I was answered promptly. Some issues we encountered was that we arrived via an Uber and therefore had no transportation. We had to depend on car shares for food and other necessities. We had no hot water when we arrived at night. The morning we departed, we did have hot water in the shower but still none in the sink. These are easily correctable issues. If you’re looking for a cute, expensive place to stay, consider the Bonsai.
