Budget Oyo is the way to go!

The motel has recently been purchased by a family. They have really done a great job updating it with pleasing colors and furnishings. If you are seeking a very affordable motel with great customer service, this is your place.

Decent no frills hotel

Nice no frills hotel. If u need a place to lay your head after a long day I would recommend it. No amenities at all just a room, coffee maker, and fridge. No pool, no ice maker, no breakfast. Reasonably priced and clean.

A really bare-bones motel with just the basics, but it was sufficient for a solo one-night stay. Not enough power outlets to charge a phone without unplugging something else, but the A/C and TV worked well enough.

Not much choice if you need to stay in Frederick. Dirty towels, stained sheets. dirty furniture all in all a reflection of the dismal, dying community of Frederick OK. Drive a little further.

Almost 5 stars.

The few things that needed attention in rm 111, The sink was slow to drain, the toilet was not secure and wobbled, the TP was hard to reach as it was shoulder to shoulder with the cabinet. Would make it easier mounted on the wall in front of you. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. I never saw an ice machine. (I did not ask, but and ice bucket on the table) but I was there only to sleep & shower as I was vising and old friend and we spent all the time outdoors. For the price, I would recommend and would stay there again.

They didn’t have the king room that I had reserved. They did give me a double for the same price. The hotel charged me for the room and then Expedia charged me for the room as a no show. I’m still trying to get a refund. The owners of the hotel don’t speak English very well at all and obviously don’t know how to use Expedia.
