Great spot to stay in Tirana. Easy walk to the main city sites, handy to bars and restaurants, supermarket and laundry. Large clean room, helpful staff with good English. Breakfast was of a reasonable selection, but the hot foods were only luke warm. Possibly due to us arriving at the later end of the breakfast times. Pool looked inviting, but closes at 6pm as it's next to the roof top bar so didn't get to use it. Would stay again.

Not really 4 star standard. The building itself is quite nice, the location decent and the rooms comfortable. Rooms aren’t properly sound proofed so a lot of road noise. Pool area not well maintained. Staff at reception seem a bit annoyed if you ask a question. The transport guy was just plain rude. It’s hard to be truly objective due to the excessive smoking culture in Albania. Smoke is everywhere. You walk past smoking employees standing in front of the building, and the pool bar and restaurant is spoilt by smoking.
