We did not look for shops so don't know if any nearby. The ac worked great! The bar tenders are very nice and personable, as well as the bell staff! They are so nice and love to talk! I was really impressed with the details of this hotel and how well it all worked. They were patient with our rambunctious children, they got me coffee early in the morning when I didn't want to wake my sleeping kids. And the food was pretty good! We enjoyed the burgers and chicken fingers and overall, we were really impressed. The only downside was the amount of influencer-like people trying to take photo ops throughout the hotel. Maybe that's a product of Barcelona, or the vibe of the hotel. But it's definitely something to be considered. It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

Fablous stay at SLS Barcelona

My stay at the SLS Barcelona was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was sparkling clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious (make sure you try the churros) and in the late morning, they put out candy and juice in the lobby until the evening. It was such a fun treat! I am looking forward to booking with them again in the future.
