Very professional indeed. I'm very impressed, truly. I arrived from the airport at 02:00am and I was checked-in immediately with the perfect amount of professionalism in less than a minute. I was upgraded to a suite, room 603, though I booked a standard single room. The room was very spacious and I was provided with 4 water bottles and ample tea and coffee. Everything was clean, functional, working and stlish. The hotel is in excellent condition and looks much better than the online pictures which were already appealing. For the price paid, it was very good. Would recommend 100%.

The staff at the hotel was excellent, everyone from the breakfast server to the reception staff was very polite and helpful. I had one small issue with my room when I arrived and the next morning the staff corrected it without hesitation. Great service. The breakfast was simple but good, same everyday. The hotel is small and quaint. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. It is near the airport so pretty much all day and night you will hear the airplanes coming and going. The biggest issue i had was how there was a large gap between the door and the floor. You could literally hear everything and anyone could hear you. The walls are very thin and you can hear the conversations from the next room also.

Wonderful hotel! I have stayed there twice so far and intend to come back in the future. The gentleman at the reception named Taner was very helpful and let me have my room even before the check in hour. Also, he upgraded my room type free of charge. Wonderful little hotel only 12 minutes from the airport, clean and spacious. Breakfast is included in rate and was delicious! Highly recommend!

We were disappointed with our stay at Meyzi Hotel, as a lot of reviews seemed to praise this establishment. However, we stayed one night and are happy we did not stay longer, as the room was very cold regardless of how much we turned up the heat, there was no soundproofing and we could hear our neighbours through the night, the hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes (and an overpowering amount of air freshener to cover it up), the water in the shower was lukewarm at best - despite turning it up all the way and waiting for it to heat up for more than five minutes. The breakfast was okay, although it was very limited and the coffee tasted like instant coffee. The only good thing we can say about this hotel was that the bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall, it was an okay stay for one night, but we would not stay again.
