We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for our family ( 4 adults) the night before joining a cruise. It cost £125. The apartment was very clean as was all the bedding etc. the staff were very helpful. I would recommend for great value accommodation.

The staff were very friendly, there was a lovely choice for breakfast, free parking on site was a bonus. The room was very clean and there was a fan in the room, which was excellent in this heat. The only real issue was that the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold.

lovely stay in this dog friendly hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom with shower in bath arrangements slightly dated. Breakfast was more than adequate and included a sausage for the dog. Staff were all very helpful and sourced extra fans on request for the hottest days in June.

Really lovely, warm welcome from the man on reception! The apartment was basic but just what we needed, and bought back some very nostalgic feelings from UK holidays I'd had as a child! Only slight critique would be that the bathroom, especially round the bath and tiles, needs some love as it looks very tired and a little damaged. Great location in a beautiful area, with shops, restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Delicious Indian Restaurant just a few minutes away! We used it as a base for a 2-day trip to Paultons Park, and it was perfect, literally just over a 10 minute drive! All the family slept really well, and we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely spacious room for my family of 4. Clean, ample towels, and bedding. General areas all clean, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy and onsite, and it's great how close you are walking distance into Lyndhurst high street. Breakfast was very nice and had plenty of choice. Huge thanks!

The general overall stay was super. The staff very helpful especially when we had a problem with our tv, came and sorted it straight away. The organisation of the breakfast with tables linked to your room name was a real plus! Much nicer than 'sit where you like'! Breakfast was lovely with great service, the one down side was the lack of fresh fruit and the tables could be a little larger! Room was clean, well maintained and serviced. Great to have parking and only a 2 minute walk into the centre of town. Definitely recommend 👌
