No staff on site for check-in. Terrible customer support as they don’t respect the policy shown on Expedia regarding changes to your reservation. The room was so tiny and the photos provided aren’t even close to the reality of the place!!! It looks like the photos were taken 10 years ago and no maintenance was done whatsoever. Horrible smell of moisture and wall paint shipped and damaged furniture.

Ubicación de fácil acceso a vías principales y restaurantes. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades. Cocina compartida con utensilios suficientes y electrodomésticos variados para preparar algo para comer. La habitación granada es privada y con espacio suficiente, fuimos 3 personas y hay un sofacama disponible, lo único “malo” fue que donde se encontraba daba directo a la ventana de las escaleras hacia las habitaciones de la planta alta, las cortinas eran muy delgadas por lo que se podía ver hacia dentro o hacia afuera. Tenía que subir a apagar la luz de las escaleras para poder dormir. Podrían colocar cortinas black out para mayor privacidad y comodidad. No cuenta con aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador, por el clima no fue necesario usarlo, pero cuando hace más calor sí podría ser un factor a considerar. Hay un pequeño patio con una mesa de picnic muy agradable, lástima que había mucho mosquito por las lluvias. También como recomendación podrían poner una puerta con mosquitero para poder dejar la puerta abierta sin que entren los mosquitos al cuarto. En la noche la entrada principal es muy oscura ya que no tiene algún foco que ilumine. Nos quedamos con muy buena experiencia. Gracias
