Terrible Customer Service
Good luck getting a hold of anybody before your stay. When I finally did, the property manager was very rude, condescending, and had a power trip when his poor customer service was questioned. I had booked 2 condos and The Eleanor claimed there was a payment issue but they had incorrectly tried charging me for both condos at once when my payments were split to one at the time of booking and the second about a month prior to my stay. I had reached out via their portal and called multiple times but did not receive a response. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was met with a condescending attitude and was threatened with canceling my reservation because I gave back the same attitude I was given. All that I needed from the property manager was an apology for the mix up and for him to work towards a resolution instead of telling me I was wrong, when I had multiple methods of proof that they were in the wrong.
The property itself is in a great location and was beautiful. We did have an issue during our stay with the battery in the lock dying, and someone promptly came out to replace it. Based on my interaction prior to the stay, if there were any other options that held my large group the way I wanted, I would have canceled the reservation and booked elsewhere. After my stay, I would love to go back if there is some training on customer service, and an easy way to reach the property if there are issues prior to the stay.
