The Condo was very clean and good location. I would recommend blinds getting installed in the main area to block the sun in the afternoon. The street noise was a little loud at night but that is to be expected for NOLA. Over we would stay here again.

Loved how spacious the Unit was. We had a 4 bedroom unit. Each room had its own bathroom! That was great! The beds were comfortabl. It was overall a great stay! The only complaint is there was no full length mirror. I would definitely stay there again

The rooms were amazing but there wasn't any info about things to do. Not even pamplets in the lobby so we really didnt do much. Also the pool closes at 10 wich makes no sense i like to get the kids in bed one is a 15 year old and then go relaxe without them. Last i just did think we should have to pay for parking if we are staying at the eleanor as it was clearly attached and own by them. Why should guest have to pay as much as random people parking for events.also it doesnt really say how much parking is or really if it was payed parking. Maybe in fine print i dont know but it shouldnt be hidden $30 a night per car and we had 2 cars so we payed about $240 for parking not including driving somewhere and having to pay again for that price they should offer a free shuttle for quest anywhere you want to go.

Awesome room and location

The Eleanor accommodated our party of 6 perfectly. It had 3 bedrooms and each room had its own bathroom with shower. The room was very clean. The location was about a 10 minute walk to Canal St, 15 min to Bourbon St and about 25 minutes to Caesar's. I'd highly recommend staying here if traveling with larger parties and don't mind a little walking.

Property and unit was absolutely amazing!! Clean, welcoming had everything we needed, however the parking and entrance was a hassle. No direct access to the lobby from the parking garage to the lobby. If you’re on the front of the building, it’s extremely noisy all night long because of the hospital and police station. Other than that it is walkable to almost every thing or by Uber which ever way you choose

Terrible Customer Service

Good luck getting a hold of anybody before your stay. When I finally did, the property manager was very rude, condescending, and had a power trip when his poor customer service was questioned. I had booked 2 condos and The Eleanor claimed there was a payment issue but they had incorrectly tried charging me for both condos at once when my payments were split to one at the time of booking and the second about a month prior to my stay. I had reached out via their portal and called multiple times but did not receive a response. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was met with a condescending attitude and was threatened with canceling my reservation because I gave back the same attitude I was given. All that I needed from the property manager was an apology for the mix up and for him to work towards a resolution instead of telling me I was wrong, when I had multiple methods of proof that they were in the wrong. The property itself is in a great location and was beautiful. We did have an issue during our stay with the battery in the lock dying, and someone promptly came out to replace it. Based on my interaction prior to the stay, if there were any other options that held my large group the way I wanted, I would have canceled the reservation and booked elsewhere. After my stay, I would love to go back if there is some training on customer service, and an easy way to reach the property if there are issues prior to the stay.
