Room quite small but booked a single. Staff and food was excellent- food well priced. Location was not too far from the train station.

Our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and our room had a great view. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a great breakfast and had a drink in the bar midday. Highly recommend for anyone to stay in the area.

On arrival nobody available at reception had to wonder around trying to find someone. Was given room 207 right next to the cleaners supply cupboard constant noise and starting early in the morning. Room also had low sloping ceilings which even I at 5.6 ft constantly banged my head and my husband was even worse. We walked into town to eat as hotel only had 5 course meal option. Breakfast was good but hotel was disappointing.

Wunderbares Hotel mit extrem freundlichen und entgegenkommenden Mitarbeitern, im modernen alpinen Stil, sehr großzügigen und durchdachten Zimmern, Essen qualitativ wie geschmacklich hochwertig. Außerdem eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für Skifahren, Langlaufen, wandern, oder den Besuch der Biathlonanlage in Antholz. Auch der Skibus fährt anscheinend direkt am Haus vorbei.

Struttura non da 4 stelle mancano alcuni servizi ed il personale parla praticamente solo tedesco e a fatica l’inglese…..qualcuno parla qualche parola di italiano. Stanza piccola Manca l’ ascensore e nessuno ti aiuta a portare il bagaglio. Nessuna informazione su i servizi disponibili perché faticano a parlare inglese e italiano (malgrado la vicinanza con l’Italia) Molto bella la SPA Hotel molto bello negli spazi comuni Colazione top

Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Hotel ist sehr schön hergerichtet mit schöner Terrasse, kleiner aber feiner Speisekarte und einem tollen Frühstück mit vielen frischen Speisen und super Auswahl. Alle im Hotel waren sehr freundlich. Und das war nicht aufgesetzt, sondern einfach nur herzlich. Kommen gerne mal wieder!
