If i could rate the staff better than excellent i would, they were all amazing. The room was nice and breakfast was always amazing. My only complaint would be the pool. It was cloudy (which most associate with dirty) and the area was in need of some upkeep (rust stained areas where the humidity sweat, peeling paint, dying/overgrown plants). I did like they had plenty of towels and floaties so thoughtfulness was prevalent. We had a wonderful stay and would again, mainly for the staff!

It an emergency overnight stay. The pleasant evening front desk manager smoothly checked us in. She happily answered our question and gave clear instructions re: our car, room, and breakfast. After a hectic day of travel we got some much needed sleep. We woke up refreshed; ready to tackle the day.,At breakfast the staff were also pleasant and very attentive to our needs.
