Read the ratings before staying. Expected so much more than we got. Bathroom needs total update. Blankets are way too heavy to sleep under and the HVAC system was noisy and very inefficient. We were extremely disappointed. The staff was very good throughout

Do not stay on the North side of this property or you will not get any sleep from all the traffic noise! All amenities are outdated and this property is way over-due for an upgrade/remodel. Too expensive for what they "offer"

Just passing through for the night!

One night stay just passing through. The staff was friendly, the ekey worked the first time, the room was clean, the AC worked, the TV worked, the shower was hot, the breakfast was warm, and the elevator was working. Simple things matter!

Very nice!

Was a little worried at first because the hotel is surrounded by closed businesses that are over grown and run down looking but once you pull on the property it is very nice. Everything about the hotel was great. The service was excellent and very pleasant. The breakfast was good. No problem with parking. Pool was unfortunately closed was the only downside. Room was very clean and fresh. Will stay here again if in the area.

The breakfast [including the hostess] was very very good. Well stocked, fresh & delicious. The bathrooms had absolutely no towell racks. No place to hang your towel or washcloth. Must have missed the housekeeping the first morning. Luckily we stayed only two nights. VERY difficult to find correct temperature setting in room - had to put it on "cool", but try to set it in the low 70's

My issue is that the Key card barely worked and the inside rim of the toilet was full of mold and it was black. Also they should have a handle to hold on to inside of the bathtub, not on the outside only. The coffee Maker did not work

You Have Been Warned

5 day Stay, Business trip. 2 towels in room, Took Shower day and nite . Day 3 , ask for clean towels, leaving am , 12 hour day , no towels, nor room service, Day 4 am , ask for towels and room service, arrived pm , 12 hours later. No Room Service and No Towels, back to Front Desk, 3 hours later received, 2 Well Used Pool Towels. Go somewhere else. My Best Advice. 30 miles North or 30 Miles South, Much Better Hotels. You have Been Advised and Warned.

The property was in an run down area. Our room was extremely hot and the thermostat did not cool it off. Several other people were complaining as well that their room was very warm. There was not enough room to walk around the bed by the wall. Maybe had 6” walkway. Also, the couch was to make a pullout bed. The mattress was so stained was afraid to sleep on it. It also didn’t have the proper bedding. Over all we were not happy with this hotel.
